1 Middle Room
(1 room only) R520 per person, per night, sharing (R1040 DOUBLE /
R780 SINGLE)
Slightly smaller than the standard bedrooms, situated on first floor
in main house. En - suite bathroom with shower. No balcony but
beautiful mountain views. Double bed.
13 Standard Rooms
(13 rooms - 10 in the garden and 3 at the pool) R590 per person, per
night, sharing. (R1180 DOUBLE / SINGLE R885)
The 5 rooms, no's 1-5 walk out onto the garden, while the other 5,
rooms 6-10 are situated on the first floor. These 5 rooms all have
balconies. Rooms 14-16 are situated around the pool. The standard
bedrooms all have ¾ twin beds. Some have en-suite with shower and
some have en-suite with bath.
2 Suites
(2 rooms) – R650 per person, per night, sharing. (R1300 DOUBLE /
R975 SINGLE )
These 2 rooms are situated in the Main house, ¾ twin beds, en-suite
bathrooms with showers, full lounge suite, balconies and view over
Walker Bay.
The rooms are very spacious. (Sleeper couch available for third
person @ R300)
Pool Side Suite
twin (1 room only) SLEEPS 2: R690 per person sharing (R1380.00
DOUBLE/ R1035 SINGLE)
3/4 twin beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, separate
lounge with fire-place, kitchen and stunning sea view from balcony.
(Sleeper couch for third person @ R300)
Penthouse
(1) - R2950 sleeps six. Consists of 3 double rooms. Main bedroom:
queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom with bath. Two bedrooms with 2
× ¾ twin beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with shower and
separate toilet. The penthouse also has its own kitchen and lounge.
Fantastic views from every room.

General
A 50% supplement is applicable on all rates for a single person. Sleeper couch available for young teenager sharing with adults in a suite @ R270.00 Full English breakfast included. The rates apply throughout the year - no low seasons rates.
Cancellations
14 - 1 day prior to arrival: 50% of reservation value / No shows: 100% of reservation value
Child Policy & Rates
No children under the age of 12 years. Full rates are applicable on all our guests. We do make exceptions during the winter months of May, June and July. However, all children must occupy a bed or the sleeper couch.
Terms and conditions
We require the guest to pay a 50% deposit in order to secure the booking. We need confirmation of the booking more than 14 days in advance.
